Hidetoshi Miyazaki

Hidetoshi Miyazaki serves as an Associate Professor at the Nagoya Institute of Technology (NITech). His research mainly focuses on thermoelectric materials and on the relationships between electronic structure/energy levels and thermal conductivity. He also investigates the chemical and electronic states of materials using techniques such as photoemission and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), aiming to develop high-performance functional materials. In particular, he conducts research to improve thermoelectric performance by controlling the band structure and carrier concentration in systems such as Heusler compounds.

Mamatimin Abbas

Mamatimin Abbas is a Research Scientist (PhD) at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), France. His work primarily focuses on organic electronics, organic solar cells, organic field-effect transistors, and interface engineering. He also aims to develop high-performance functional electronic devices by investigating the mechanisms and electronic structures of organic semiconductors using methods such as X-ray spectroscopy, thin-film deposition technologies, and photoelectron spectroscopy.

Mahmut Kuş

Mahmut Kuş is a faculty member in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Konya Technical University, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences. He conducts research in the fields of organic/inorganic semiconductor materials, thin-film technologies, and energy conversion devices. His studies mainly focus on photovoltaic applications such as solar cells (perovskite, organic, and quantum dot thin films) and photodetectors, and he also employs approaches such as surface modification and nanostructure synthesis to improve the optical and electronic properties of semiconductors.

Mustafa Akyol

Mustafa Akyol is a faculty member in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Adana Alparslan Türkeş Science and Technology University. His research focuses on superconducting ceramics, magnetic oxides, and semiconductors. He particularly concentrates on enhancing the magnetic, electrical, and optical properties of functional materials. Nanocomposite materials with electromagnetic wave absorption properties and thin-film technologies are also among his research areas.
